Sheesh it's almost a month since you posted this but better late than never I guess. I've finally finished GTD the book itself - about 2 weeks ago. I'm still busy reorganizing myself. I know I know I should do it like David Allen suggest clear out 2 days and do everything in one fell swoop but honestly was so exhausted! I'm almost done stil have my file cabinet half done and my emails gasp! I have so many email boxes I don't care to remember and every one of them have like over 1000 pieces of mail yea yea I know hee hee I really let things go since 2003. So I'm paying for it. I think this GTD thing is really growing and I'm beginning to see things better now. I'll take you up on that offer for the notes. And the other recommendations for now..
